Profile and appearance
Edit your profile details/picture in Settings. Appearance → Preferred theme chooses Light/Dark on this device across GRID. Another browser/device can have its own preference.
Sign-in and security
Use the intended personal or organization login. If username/password sign-in fails, verify the username and use password reset when needed. Never share passwords/reset codes. Resetting a password can revoke other sessions, requiring sign-in again.
Help, feedback and sign out
Help & About opens these guides. Use Feedback for product feedback without private credentials. Sign out is at the bottom of Settings navigation. Sign out on shared computers rather than merely closing the tab.
Slow or stuck page
Check connectivity, allow the active request to finish, then try the page’s refresh/retry once. Before reloading an editor, verify saved/sync status or follow recovery. Note the page, time and exact error if it repeats.
