HELP & ABOUT

Access and sharing

A public profile, a connection and organization membership each mean something different. Share deliberately.

Public profile, private workspace

Visitors to your username see your public profile—not your dashboard. Public threads can be read without login where supported. Private threads and their source work still require permission.

Resource invitations

Thread, personal Flowboard and Flowdoc invitations arrive in Circle messages, with notifications pointing to that conversation. Check the access level before accepting. Accept turns the invitation into a resource link; declining grants no access. Flowdoc Comment access concerns its annotations, not general post comments.

Private work

Private sources remain subject to their own access rules, including when used in explanations or agent context. A summary or cached preview does not make a private source public.

When access changes

Removal, leaving a thread, share revocation or signing out can cut access immediately. A cached preview grants no continuing permission. Verify access before redistributing a private link.
