Choose context
Open the organization → Ask GRID. Select organization context for a cross-project question, or a permitted project for a focused discussion. No connected project context means there is no available project record to answer from.
Ask a concrete question
Try “What changed in the API work this week?”, “Which evidence supports this project summary?” or “What remains uncertain about this failure?” Name the project/time period when useful. Unrecorded information cannot be assumed to exist.
Check the citations
Open sources and check original dates, contributors and content. Distinguish interpretation from recorded evidence. An uncertain, narrowed or pending-verification answer is not a confident conclusion.
Access and availability
Project selection, answers and citations follow current permissions. Membership is not blanket access; a citation is not a permanent public link. Check selected context and visible messages if unavailable. Processing, deployment settings or usage controls may affect service. Contact your admin/support instead of repeatedly sending the same request.
